Data Processing Agreement (DPA)
On requestA Data Processing Agreement is available on request. Please email legal@reputeflows.com with your standard template, or we'll provide ours. Mention your use case (hotel, restaurant, café, salon, or homestay) so we can include any relevant vertical-specific clauses.
Compliance posture
- DPDPA (India): compliant. Designated Grievance Officer in place.
- GDPR (EU): we apply equivalent standards but ReputeFlows is built primarily for Indian hospitality clients.
- SOC 2 / ISO 27001: not certified at this time.
