Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancel anytime. No surprises.

Plain-language version: you can cancel your ReputeFlows subscription at any moment. You keep paid access until the end of the cycle you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again. We don't do partial-month refunds for unused days, but we will always fix billing mistakes quickly.

Cancellation

From your dashboard. No phone calls, no forms.

  • Go to Settings → Billing and click Cancel subscription.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
  • You keep full access to all paid features until that date.
  • You won't be charged again. No further action needed.
  • Your account stays active on the Free plan after the paid period ends — your data is preserved unless you choose to delete the account.

What we don't refund

Cancel before the next renewal date instead.

  • Partial-month or pro-rated refunds for unused days in the current cycle.
  • Unused AI replies, unused integrations, or features you didn't end up using.
  • Change-of-mind cancellations after a charge has already been processed for the current cycle.

When we will refund you

Two cases. Always handled within 7 business days.

  1. Billing errors. Duplicate charges, charges after a confirmed cancellation, or any payment that shouldn't have been processed. Email us within 60 days and we'll refund within 7 business days to your original payment method via Razorpay.
  2. Critical service outage. If a sustained, ReputeFlows-side outage prevents you from using the paid features for more than 24 hours in a billing cycle, email us within 7 days of the incident. We'll issue a pro-rated credit or refund at our discretion based on the impact.

Send refund requests to hello@reputeflows.com with subject line “Refund request” and your account email. We'll confirm receipt within 1 business day.

How the refund reaches you

  • Refunds are issued only to the original payment method you used at checkout (card / UPI / netbanking).
  • Most banks credit the refund in 5–7 business days; some take up to 14 days. Razorpay handles the actual transfer.
  • You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is initiated and again when it lands.

Annual or pre-paid arrangements

If you have a custom annual contract or any pre-paid arrangement (currently offered only to enterprise customers), the refund terms in that specific agreement take precedence over this page.
